This event is very personal to me. My mom passed away just a couple years ago and my wife is a survivor. In 2016, Amy and I organized this charity and in 2017 put on the worlds longest hockey game (yes I played hockey for 11 Days straight!) to raise some money for cancer research, never knowing it would evolve into a community event. We are proud Buffalonians who love our city, love hockey, and love how our communtity rallies to raise critical money for cancer research and cancer causes. One of highlights of the 2018 Community Shift for me was skating along side my son on numerous shifts...together we raised over $25,000!

Please help me to repeat my goal of being the top fundraiser and I will promise to skate in more shifts and play more hours than any other player!
